    I have been banking with Bank of The West for both my business and personal accounts ever since they came to Salida. I have always received excellent customer service. The personnel have all been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn't ask for more from my bank.

    Only one person in the entire bank can open accounts and you have to make an appointment. The woman who does it, is not there 3 days this week. I have never seen a bank run like this. Very strange!
